Job Opportunity Details

Bakers are responsible for baking pastries to fill up the sweet bread and pastry display cases while ensuring they’re always fresh for customers. They provide a wide variety of bread for customers as well as bake cakes for the cake decorating department. Bakers also help in creating new recipes for pastries/bread for special occasions, holidays, or when needed.  

• Previous experience baking in a professional environment  

• Have experience with general baking supplies (portioning, measuring, weighing, etc.) 

• Know how to work with basic technology if needed (computers, tablets, email, applications, etc.) 

• Food Workers Card  

• Have reliable commute to work  

• Physical: must be able to stand and move around during the day, lift and carry up to 30 lbs 

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, especially around holidays and weekends 

• Know how to properly use and maintain bakery ovens and machinery or willingness to learn
